Kristin Morrissey – Florida Registered Paralegal

Ms. Morrissey has been a paralegal for many years, having started at a defense firm representing insurance companies.

Ms. Morrissey is extremely familiar with the requirements of insurance claims submission, and litigating insurance claims. She assists in the litigation of cases, preparing responses to discovery, preparing motions, and keeping current on all deadlines. She is knowledgeable on all aspects of a client’s case from beginning to close.

Prior to becoming a paralegal she worked in the hospitality industry in management. She graduated from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA, and obtained a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications.
