Rachel is a seventh-generation Floridian, third-generation attorney, and a Sarasota native. Rachel focuses her practice on recovering proceeds from the insurance carriers for home and business owners. Rachel is the former chair of the Sarasota Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section and former board member of Florida Association of Women Lawyers – Sarasota Chapter. Before working with Ross Legal Group, Rachel represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. She now assists Florida homeowners in their difficult disputes with insurance carriers across the State of Florida. Rachel is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and federally in the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
